Ho Seng Kee (HSK), has been a nostalgic flavour in Johor Bahru for more than 81 years. It has been enjoyed by three to four generations, both Johoreans as well as Singaporeans. Our Homemade noodles are freshly made every day using our traditional recipe. HSK has maintained a high quality standard for its egg noodles. It is 100% egg-based (Duck eggs and chicken eggs) and uses only the highest quality high protein (over 13% wheat flour). There are no added coloring or preservatives. There is no noticeable bitter taste as only low volume Lye Water is used. The Founder, Mr. Ho Seng (Full Name: Ho Seng Kao), was originally from Mai Yuan Village, Jiangmen City in Guangdong Province, Southern China. In search of a better life, he settled in JB before WWII. HSK was founded in Humbly by a Wantan Mee mobile push-cart along Jalan Siu Nam. It was however later verified by Sin Chew Daily, Malaysia's Mainstream Chinese Press.
