Opera Tavern

Opera Tavern is a charming two-storey restaurant and bar located in central London's theatre district. We are located on Catherine Street, opposite the Drury Lane Theatre. The Opera House is a stones throw away. The South Bank is a short walk away. Our two-story restaurant is a beautiful former pub. Its exposed brickwork, bold artwork, and low lighting create the ideal atmosphere for pre-theatre meals or drinks. On the ground floor, you will find a long bar, with an open grill, as well as a few tables that are located near the theatre boxes windows. Here, guests can enjoy the view of the world. We specialize in Spanish and Italian-inspired tapas. On the ground floor, we have a charcoal grill where you can cook all kinds of delicious meaty treats.
