Ganesha Ek Sanskriti BRI II

Ganesha ek Sanskriti opened its first restaurant in Semanggi (BRI), Jakarta, in June 2003. It was set up in a fort-like structure and brought an Indian ambience to Jakarta. Ek Sanskriti is the acronym for "a culture" and Mrs. Shilpa David, co-founder and President Director at Ganehsa believes that food is an integral component of culture. Her goal is to bring authentic, original Indian food to Indonesia and other countries where Ganesha operates. Shilpa Dave is a dietician by trade. She pays particular attention to the quality and hygiene of the food. Ganesha now has Kemang in Jakarta and operates at Sheraton Jogjakarta in USA, Dallas in USA, and Ubud Bali. Ganesha Ek Sanskriti Kemang can be found at the second floor of Kemang Square, Jalan Kemang Raya number 5, just before the traffic light that leads to Prapanca. It is well-designed and has a great ambiance. Ganesha serves a variety of North Indian curries and tandoori dishes, as well as a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The chefs are highly skilled from North India. Ganesha recommends non-vegetarian starters such as chicken tikka, seekh kebab (boneless pieces of grilled chicken), shami-kebab (mutton-kebab with lentil), and (main courses items) butter chicken. Ganesha also recommends vegetarian starters such as samosa (potato crisp patty), paneer-tikka (cottage-cheese kebab), and variety of paneer (vegetables with cottage cheese), and fresh vegetable recipes. Cottage cheese is made fresh every day in the kitchen without any preservatives. Open kitchen will be open to serve freshly baked naans and rotis (breads) from our chefs. Ganesha also offers authentic South Indian cuisine. Indian metahi is a special sweet that we make. Our chef is a Jodhpur native and has mastered the art of making delicious sweets for every occasion.
